Roux provides an eclectic, artistic and relaxed canvas where you design your experience and discover that there is indeed an art to staying.

The kitchen might be where the action takes place long before you wake, but the dining room is the true heart of Roux – where a full breakfast sets the scene for the day. Fresh, seasonal and local ingredients are the main attraction. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free selections are frequent headliners and always available upon request.Roux welcomes you back daily around 5:30 p.m. for Happier Hour with an ever-changing offering of savory small bites and a sip of something special. It’s the perfect way to kick off a memorable night in Provincetown. Feel free to bring along your own vintage, too. Glasses and corkscrews are available in each guest room.
